Shipping policy

EXPRESS SHIPPING, STANDARD SHIPPING, ECONOMY SHIPPING! Orders placed before 12 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day regardless of shipping speed chosen.

• If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days. Therefore, it is recommended that you thoroughly verify all details before checkout.
• We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
• If a shipment is returned back to us due to reasons like customer unavailable, incomplete/wrong address, address/landmark not locatable, the amount will get refunded after deducting the shipping cost.
